What is #MakeTightFeelRight?

#MakeTightFeelRight is a comprehensive 6-Month weight lifting program. #MakeTightFeelRight will help you build muscle, increase your strength and correct common weaknesses and imbalances in your body.

What’s Included:

  • 12 Week Beginner/Intermediate program (5 days per week)
  • 12 Week Advanced program (6 days per week). If you want to train like a Bikini Competitor, this program is for you
  • If working out 5 or 6 days is not something you want to do, you can simply do the workouts in the program in a sequential order and complete the program over a longer period of time

Program Requirements:

  • Standard gym equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, TRX, Bosu ball, stability balls, and resistance bands
  • Basic weightlifting experience. If you are a beginner, we highly recommend booking a few sessions with a qualified coach to learn the basic movement patterns included in this program (such as barbell squats, deadlifts, etc.). Safety first!
